Travis Filing

An entrepreneur at heart, Travis brings firsthand business experience to Inside Business Radio. After moving to Lincoln in 1998, he transitioned from aviation and radio into building companies alongside his wife, Shannon, including Transformation Marketing, a real estate business, and The Cabin, a private virtual golf club. He serves is community as mayor and building his business right in rural town of Panama. Travis is deeply invested in business success, support, and growth. Travis brings all this together by sharing the stories, challenges, and successes of local entrepreneurs.

Gary Tharnish

Born and raised in Lincoln, Gary Tharnish has watched the city grow while never losing its small-town heart. An entrepreneur and people-first leader, he opened his first business at 24 and owned it for 36 years. Now a real estate agent with Home Design Real Estate Group, Gary is passionate about helping business owners and entrepreneurs build the businesses of their dreams. Guided by a belief in service, personal responsibility, and choosing to be a “player,” he brings decades of real-world experience to Inside Business Radio.
